A mission at The Reading Squirrel is to foster your children's interest in the world around them and build their creativity. Together, we can help our kids grow and be more active in a modern world full of technology through games, reading, and a variety of activity books. When you give the right book at the right time, it will foster your children to explore the world around them. 

Katherine Goodman is a mother, writer, and creator from New York City with a sociology degree. As an author of children’s reading and activity books and games, Katherine created her first board game at 6 years old, and with each new creation over the course of her life, the games became more complex. When she became a mother, it inspired her to instill in her child those same creative and curious values while trying to keep her away from the gadgets. Katherine hopes that her books can make kids a little happier and help them learn different skills.
